So I need a whole new ISP?

I dont have any need logging in, in any other location. I need it at home

You could try resetting your modem by shutting it off for a full 30 seconds or more and then turning it back on. This should assign a new IP to it. Another way is to use a VPN. Additionally, you could just ask JWB for some pointers.
