when I lived up north in Rhode island you could literally only buy alcohol (outside of bars etc) in a liquor store. I'm talking beer, wine, any of that. Liquor store closed at like 10. And didn't even open on Sundays

In Florida there was alcohol (except hard liquor, which was only in liquor stores) in any store I walked into and last call was also at 2 and that's also when the stores stopped selling alcohol.

Most liquor stores down there closed at 10 but I knew one that closed at 2.

Meanwhile iirc in NYC there's no last call and in Cali they sell hard liquor in the grocery store.

I think in Miami there's no last call at a lot of clubs but the stores still stop selling it by 2.
