Bugles weren't too bad. I think I'm kind of curious now about spam. Gonna have to pick up a can next time I go to the grocery store just to see what it tastes like, since I don't remember.

They're both good with their own unique flavor. People who don't like Spam just haven't eaten it fried yet. Fried it's a great with eggs for breakfast too.

It has a salty taste, the lite version is less salty. When you fry it, it removes some of the salt from it. Tasting it right out the can, be warned, it's SALTY.

The Lite version is just slightly saltier than bologna.

Sodium per ounce.

Bologana - 254 g
Spam - 383 g
Lite Spam - 289 g

It's supposed to be salty because it's meant to last forever or something. But yeah, to get spam or spam lite is now the question. I will probably decide at crunch time when I go to pick some up at the store.

Honestly? I'd go with the lite.

Definitely. Although you have to experience the 100 proof stuff at least once in life.
