They blew off their set and basically took requests all night. I'm not sure who had more fun, us or the band.
Saw them again about a year later in a club in Boston. Sat right in front of the stage. Morse and O'Connor destroyed each other during The Bash and the crowd was blown away. I got goosebumps over and over again during their duel. At the end they just looked at each other and busted out laughing.

Dang dude, that would have been awesome to behold. I did see Steve with Deep Purple quite a few years ago, and of course they played Ted the Mechanic, one of my favorite tunes, which was rather satisfying.
