that's going to be mad uncomfortable unless you have a good system.

I eat pretty well. I haven't eaten at a fast food chain in about two years or so. I also schedule my meals to only eat at 7am, noon and 6pm and no other time. I may eat a snack here or there but it's usually fruits or almonds.

i pretty much raised myself, and at that age, i was home most of the week by myself,.....i quickly learned to cook well, to the point that by 14 or 15 my house was known as 'savannah's party ponderosa' and was open for dinner 3 nights a week

I make myself scrambled eggs or grilled cheese sandwiches when I'm feeling really hungry. A nice can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup always hits the spot as well.
