that's going to be mad uncomfortable unless you have a good system.

I eat pretty well. I haven't eaten at a fast food chain in about two years or so. I also schedule my meals to only eat at 7am, noon and 6pm and no other time. I may eat a snack here or there but it's usually fruits or almonds.

I make myself scrambled eggs or grilled cheese sandwiches when I'm feeling really hungry. A nice can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup always hits the spot as well.

Ah I can make Ramen noodles and deli sandwhiches...and cereal. Which is really good enough for me
