Weather or not they were "real Christians" or not is a non issue, which is what I've been trying to get across for the last five posts. The point is that these events did happen, and at the time, masses of people went along with them believing that the acts were justified by religion.

A little proof that Jesus came back from the dead wouldn't go a miss. And not from that big old book either, according to that snakes are only allowed to eat dust, where anyone who watched Anaconda knows they don't.

Proof?? And they call it faith because.
Do people ever question eastern religions. Nope, because as soon as they wonder why they worship a pink elephant and a blue dude with six arms, lets face it you laugh. And as soon as you laugh 'Oh my God, racist!!'
But its okay to question a white guy, because he doesnt care about his God, which is quite an insulting concept.

It doesnt say snakes are only aloud to eat dust if you read it properly Franscar.

i'm gonna post this link again
http://objective.jesussave.us/kidz.html

I think you should look at it, it's pretty sad in my opinion(it's also funny as fuck but I mean when you really think about it..). That's mostly the problem I have with religions and such today, when it comes to a level when they're forcing their beliefs on others(especially children who can be influenced so easily) and barely giving them the chance to develop their own opinions or thoughts on the matter.

I've NEVER seen a snake eating dust. Then again I've never seen a snake that talks either. I've lived a sheltered life.

believing or not in God doesn't necessarily have to do with agreeing with what the Bible says. it's about knowing there is a Creator up there.

i must admit i haven't read the Bible yet but i think that it is said that God will come back on Earth at the end of the world.

so i dunno if it is such a good idea to ask for a proof that would be too much for us to bear

But why? IF there were a God, who created us and gave us the power of rational thought, why would he want us to completely ignore it and concentrate on following a blind concept?
