my roommate just picked up a 360 yesterday actually. no games yet but once it gets hooked up i might well hit you up for some MP action.

I recently got one too but whats with the stupid amount of money i have to pay for and adaptor AND a subscription? I'm not thinking it's worth it.

Trust me it is. One 50 dollar fee for an entire year of fun. Your Xbox experience really is hindered if you don't have LIVE. it's the difference between having a TV and a TV with cable.

Thing is i won't be having the Xbox at uni, so realistically it's only a combined 6 months of online. My internet's crap as well so i assume there'll be tons of lag.

And i don't have cable :D

@Conan: I'm pretty sure we're friends now. I'll ake sure tommorw, but I've been playinga lot this week .

My roomate has Halo 3, and I'll be getting to that eventually, but i can't put down MW2. I bought Dragon Age Origins and Mass Effect 2, and well, have barely touched them. Haven't even opened ME2 yet actually.

I've been playing Modern Warfare 2 a bit...gamer tag is IronMaiden03. :D

Mass Effect 2 is awesome! You must open it and give it a spin. You'll be hooked from the first scene... some of the most compelling characters I've ever seen in a video game and I love the trademark cinematic feel of it and the interactive conversations.

Not posting my gamertag here though because I can't mooch off my flatmate's XBox anymore now that he's kinda in a different country.

I'll add you Dac and NSW. Hope to be getting Modern Warfare soon.

Yeah I beat the first one, and as a BioWare fanboy, I had to get the second one. First one was a bit repetitive though, if you explored every damn planet like I did. Second one looks ungodly good though.

More so Fallout 3 than anything else. Not so much of a sandbox game though.

I have to say I think MW2 is utter trash Itraded it in I think Cod4 is far superior better weapons, better maps and better players it's also not as gimmicky as MW2.

I don't play much but when I do I'm usually with friends from school. so If I ignore your invite to come and play don't take it personally. If I'm ever just playing myself I'd surely come and play.
I mostly only play mw2

It's good, but it's a damn cheap game when it comes to multiplayer

I've been playing a lot more lately since they put first person Team Tac back in. I never play the story modes when i buy games besides stuff like Saints Row.
