Yes but FaSho wasn't treated differently, he was asked how old he was. It may be prejudiced to assume someone younger won't appreciate something fully, but it's not discriminating until you tell them not to do it.

Argument could be made that sam was acting superior by asking him his age in such a way, therefore treating him differently, but that's getting into semantics.
