Default Faveourite Comedian

To save hijacking a different thread with quotes I thought I'd start a new one.

Who's your faveourite comedians? Any good ones local to you?

I've always been rather fond of Eddie Izzard just because he's completely mental.

For TV work, Chris Morris (Day Today, Brass Eye) were spectacularly amusing.

Eddie is brilliant as a comedian. I'm not too fond of him as an actor, mind. I seen his Sexie tour last year. Bill Hicks is a particular faveourite of mine.

For tv... Brass Eye was the best, the paedophile special was particularly good. Haha, Nonce sense. Alan Partridge, or well, anything with Steeve Coogan is amazing too. Black Books aint half bad as Dylan Moran and Bill Bailey are good separately, so they work really well together.

Eddie (I liked 'circle' the best), Bill Bailey (wilderness), Lee Evans (his dvd from wembley was hilarious), and i like peter kay...

do you lot like little britain only i think it's getting a little over-rated now, yeah it's funny (andy and lou being my favourite sketch) but people go on about it soooo much...

Peter Kay is great in anything he does. Nighty, Night was great to. Did anyone see Garth Merengi's Dark Place? that was funny.

Jim Gaffigan. Kinda disappointed to see him use the same material over and over again on the late night shows during the holidays, but nonetheless funny as hell.
