Believe me... cold isn't cold once you've spent a whole year in 135 F heat. IN MANDATORY LONG SLEEVES AND PANTS. Military...Desert... couldn't help it.

I think it's worse here in the deep south though. The humidity is retarded. I'd rather be cold. At least I could wear thermal underwear or something.

Well, my last.fm fucks up so much I don't even bother scrobbling with that fucker again.

But I know what you mean about the dreams. I left some eerie shit playing one night and it scared the fuck out of me when I wake up. Not cool dude.

It's a pain in the arse if you use Last FM to check your charts etc. if not then f*ck it, listening to music whilst falling asleep is great.

I found it amazing how listening to music before I went to bed influenced my dream. Though, I think I'd avoid dark/eerie/atmospheric ambient music, the dreams might turn out quite surreal. Then again, it'd be fun to try.

Well, dark/eerie/ambient is usually my poison. Or singer/songwriter stuff.

I definitely do think they influence dreaming, but I love to fall asleep with music, it's soothing. Plus that kind of absolute quiet doesn't work sometimes.

Ahh fair enough then :/ MANDATORY? Are you serious? Fuuuuuck.

It might just be because NZ doesnt really have a Summer or a Winter. Its perpetually stuck in Spring and Autumn and the hottest it ever gets is 23°c while the coldest is 7°. Back when I was in Italy it would reach up to 40° sometimes and I miss the heat

Ahh, the old BDU's. Those ****ers do get hot. You should see the new ones they have us wearing, same style, material that's 3x as thick and heavy. It makes 70 feel like 95.

Yea, when I first joined, we had the old camo BDU's (jungle ones and desert ones)... I think we switched to the digital ACU's in 06' or around there, and those were a lot better for the heat, as they were thin, but they always fell apart too quickly and we couldn't DX them.

Ha ha! Poops that leave you feeling discontent made me laugh! Exactly how do your poops disappoint you, 333?

Ripe bananas...yech. I forgot to add those to my list.

I know exactly what she meant, you go in with high hopes and planning to leave it all on the field, and you leave with a disappointed feeling like you could've given it more.
