I do feel better tbh. Still kinda sick but had a slacker day at work and picked up two extra hours to make up for the 10+ that I missed being diseased.

I have. I was joking. People have to work. Snotty and rude but still makin food.

I think my favorite part was when a girl who'd just showed up to work realized I was still sick and was talking about it loudly with a customer right behind her who never said a word and presumably ate the food I made him without complaint.

Those people made their decision a long time ago.

He looked like an old dude who remembered the Great Depression. I'd probably have had to fight him for that diseased croissant. He'd probably have won.
