Ok you're not in the right place. You need to get to the boot options that lets you boot into safe mode. Most computers have a different key for this... it could be F6 though. Try hitting F6 repeatedly when you reboot. Just keep hitting it until you see a screen with SAFE MODE and some other options on it. If nothing happens, try F8, then F10. Or just try hitting them all at the same time.

No DVD or cd in the drive anymore I thought that was the problem, and yeah so how do j reboot? You mean turn off and on yeah?

Ctrl alt + delete just shuts it down and it starts all over butbill try the f8 thing

Yea, that's the idea. You have to reboot, aka shut it down and start all over, to do the F2/F6/F8/F12 thing. It's just easier than turning the power off and then on again.

But yea, try all the different Fkeys until you get to the menu that lets you boot into safe mode.

Tried F6 F8 F10 none of them work.

Remember, you have to press the **** out of it... like a bazillion times... right when it turns on.. forever... Because it's like a very short time window for you to press it.
