ok I am having a problem at this part

Do i need to put my computer name where it says local machine or something?

No, there's a hive called that in the registry. However, if you don't want to do the registry part right now, we can see if the other settings work out.
If you run regedit, HKLM is the third hive down. Still, it's kinda risky. So if you want to wait, you can move on and save that for last should nothing else work.
