Absolutely 100% you should get an SSD for your OS (that's "solid state hard drive" and "operating system" respectively, Trollheart).

You will see a dramatic speed increase in boot time and how quickly applications work.

I don't know if NewEgg ships internationally but they always have deals going on SSDs. I would really suggest upgrading to a 1080p monitor though, they run fairly cheap these days... and it's 2017...
