Yea, if you don't have an anti-virus program, those popups ARE the virus. Go to a computer where you can utilize google and type in the exact message you get from the virus, and search it. You'll get hundreds of sites explaining how to fix it step by step.
AND USE A DAMN ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM!!!!
