Lol i remember one of my friends had a really long necklace like that. It got all tangled up and she couldn't get it off for about 3 days

But no, really, it is kind of ridiculous looking.
There's no reason to have that many "best mardi-gras" beads around your neck. The woman is clearly trying to divert attention.

What's all this hate given to high heels? They are not everyday wear but some look fantastic on a woman.
