you know i'm all for things revealing and seductive but i just can't shake the feeling that spandex capris seem like sweat pants for hookers.

i guess sometimes it's pulled off right and others i'm left wondering how much of a carpet is growing south of the border.

Some of these hair fads get to me

1. Hair extensions
Sigh...yet another fake body part on the market. Why are these women paying for something that their body can do natually within 3 or 4 months? I'm terribly vexed.

2. Also featured in the photo, two tone hair color. Everytime I get my hair cut, I get harassed by some salon bimbo (that looks just like the woman pictured) to put some dark streaks or "lowlights" in my hair. In my opinion it looks like hell. Am I wrong?

I've got to agree with you there. I've never understood the appeal of having two tone hair myself. I did it once (because I tried to dye my hair black and this was the only way they could fix it...they said). It took forever for it to grow out and everytime I went to get my hair cut they would push me to get it touched up. Just wanted it out! It seems like it would be hard to maintain the look anyway, and costly. And for what? It doesn't even look natural.

Yes, yes, yes. I'm glad I'm not the only one!
