Because I sure do get shin-splints when I run, even with expensive running shoes. Although I suspect it's because my right leg faces outward a lot more than my left, which I suspect is because I've only been crossing that leg over my left my whole life when sitting like that, causing it to be a lot more stretched or something.

I think it's from the surface you are running on.

Eh, not really the funnest game in the world. Got it mostly cause I got live recently. Good way to stay in touch with friends.

the ideal conditions to run on is grass or on a track because of the material they use for the track.

When I go jogging it's usually on sidewalks as well but I try to make sure that land on my heel instead of on that front part from your toes to the middle of your foot.

Bought a new Schwinn last night. The other was a six speed and cheap, i paid 169.00 for it. The chain relayer? broke and they wanted to charge me 75 bucks to repair a 170.00 dollar bike. Stuff it up your ass Target.
