Today I finally caved and bought a decent ergonomic chair cushion because my lower back has been screaming after these long desk sessions. Also grabbed some oat milk, bananas, and a fresh sourdough loaf on the way home. I was browsing https://business.betterme.world/ earlier for workplace wellness ideas and realized my home office setup was basically a crime against posture.
