Nice. I really hope the WiiU works out and doesn't repeat what happened to the Sega Dreamcast with all the "core" gamer audiences waiting for the PS4 and Xbox 720. The world would be a far bleaker one if Nintendo were to disappear.

I would not be surprised if it's going to be within the next year or two. I have heard rumors of new Xbox dev kits being released to developers, and now that Nintendo have effectively started off the 8th generation of console releases the pressure is on both Sony and Microsoft to release something.

I thought 2014 myself. If there haven't even been picture leaks I can't see it coming next year (also I don't want it to come out next year as I have not long bought a PS3.)

Lots of Christmas presents. I had to actually purchase a One Direction pillow with Harry Styles' face on it for my little sister in a crowded shop, which was bad enough. What was worse was all of the people working at the store, 18-year-old girls, gushing about how hot Harry is, and did I like Harry or Zayn better. So as not to be rude, I said, "I think Zayn's better looking, but Harry has a better voice," then they were all, "OMG! Liam or Harry's voice?!" and I was like, "Oh, like, Liam has better range, but Harry's got a better voice when he's in his range," and instantly loathed myself for actually knowing/having an opinion on this. Miserable.

For myself, I bought a pair of Sennheiser HD201s to hold me over because none of my cans work, I've lost my AKGs (I think my last one night stand stole them) and they were marked down to $15. Not bad for $15; cheaper than you can get those ****ing iPod earbuds, and sound a hell of a lot better.
