Cheap flavoured cigars, usually only bought to be hollowed out and used for smoking reefer through because they're such terrible quality and they know that's the only niche market they're good for.

you got it. apparently they're like 25% cardboard at the roach to allow for slow slow slow slowwwwwwwwwwwww burning. it's like they want people to smoke weed with them.
