Personally I like these things to have a place to be aired out because without it, it starts bubbling up all over the place in threads it doesn't belong in.

Thats why theres a lounge period. Too much off topic crap pops up in forums that aren't meant for music conversation.

Yeah I agree about the Lounge thing. It would be interesting to see all the crap that makes it's way into general music without it - that coupled with absolutly no increase in regular music discussion ought to shut the critics up. But I doubt that could be done/would be worth all the bollocks that comes along with it.
