Back in 2002, there was someone around here (Northern VA/Washington, DC/Maryland area) that shot 13 people and killed 10 with a rifle with a scope. Crazy ****, I wasn't allowed outside of middle school and one person was shot at a gas station about an hour after I was there with my parents.
