I don't care. I know people live after eating it, I'm just infinitely paranoid of mold. I saw this Ripley's Believe It or Not! episode where this guy's face fell off after prolonged exposure and ingestion of mold. They had to build him a prosthetic face.

I would have thought bread would have been a bigger concern to you

I've seen people who are paranoid of many things...but cheese has not been one of them.

I guarantee eating enough of that cheez whiz crap will kill you a lot faster than the unhealthiest of natural cheeses.

Swiss. Smells like ****, tastes like almost nothing, but grill it up with some wheat bread and you're in heaven.

I'm also very fond of sharp cheddar and mozzarella. I'm lucky because of how close I am to Wisconsin, the de facto cheddar capitol of the US.

Mozzarella is delicious. Melt some of that in a grilled cheese with pepperoni on french bread, you won't regret it.

Mould (with a 'u') can be beneficial to the body and certainly never killed anyone. Guess what's in our stomachs? Acid. Yes that's right acid. Certainly not the most corrosive type but it does a damn good job of killing a **** load of bacteria that we ingest and cheese is no different unless you are lactose intolerant. That awful crap in a can doesn't even deserve to be called cheese. It's made in a factory and chemically enhanced whereas hard cheeses have been a part of most nations diets for a couple of thousand years.

I personally don't like blue cheeses (where mould is encouraged) but cheese's (especially hard cheeses) in general are the daddy and long may it reign.

I could really do cheese on toast right now but I have been working tonight and too tired to get it on the go.

Before anyone starts to take me seriously, I was half joking. I certainly don't think canned cheese is tastier than normal cheese and I know I won't die from eating fine cheese.

I still think that stuff in the can is pretty delicious though.

A calzone is indeed the business. It's a pizza folded on it's self filled with bolognese sauce and mozzeralla cheese usually and then baked in a pizza oven. It usually resembles a giant pasty.
