iPhone trouble

I need your help fellas.

I have an iphone and a cord to upload stuff like pictures and videos onto my computer but I have no clue how to do it, can someone help me out here?

Sounds like your problem is that you have an iPhone.

Or you can try: How to Upload Pictures From an iPhone | eHow.com

I've always just done it through My Computer. Whenever I have my iPhone plugged in, it shows it in the My Computer section and you can just click your way through the folders till you get to your pictures, then you can just click and drag them to your desktop or wherever you store your photos.

Are you using a PC or Mac? I use a Mac and the photos automatically transfer into iPhoto when I sync up.

I think on a PC, you have to Go to My Computer or use the camera wizard

Hmm, that worked. But the video audio doesn't work, I don't know why, music files play just fine.

Anyone know how I can solve that problem? The phone has the volume working so I don't know what it is.

Remember this next time you need to buy a new cell phone.

Anyway, what types of video and audio files does your phone support, and what type of video file are you trying to play?

3GPP for videos and MP3 and WMA for music

This is a phone I just got, but it's one of my mom's old phones, I don't know specifically what kind it is.

The best way to transfer files effectively is through 'syncing' which you do through iTunes. Is this what you've been doing? Because when I do this with my iPhone it always works. But I have a mac... I would have no idea how to go about it on a PC. Have you figured it out yet boobs?

No, and I no longer have iTunes. :(

Could this work on another media player?

I doubt it, as far as I know syncing only works on iTunes :( Why don't you just download iTunes and give it a shot? Sorry I can't help you further though!
