Although nothing new is happening in my life, I'm feeling content in some way. I do think it's the first time I feel there's nothing I can loathe myself for. It seems that the days of self-sabotage are finally over.

Dear Diary,

I stood on my laptop today, whilst it was folded over. I got up out of my bed and stood on it by accident. I was to scared to see if it was damaged so I went back to sleep and had a nightmare about it .
