AFAIK, neither Activision nor Unreal are developers. Activision is a publisher (an incredibly greedy one that has ruined many a great franchise), and the Unreal Tournament games are developed by Epic Games. (Who completely fu**ed up Gears of War 2)

I do like Rockstar though

that's actually a three litre bottle! you can get it for £3.25 in my local store, not sure how much that is in dollars ... about $6 or so?
