I feel bad for the fans who heard about it from when it first came out.
I did get quite swept up by the whole Wheel Of Time series when I was 13, 14 or whatever it was, but with benefit of hindsight the series went downhill after the third book - those are the only ones I'd ever consider reading (if I could find them). I wanted to carry with the Song Of Ice and Fire series too, but I just never got round to it. Perhaps one day but, as I say, I don't read fantasy-type stuff anymore. Mainly non-fiction these days.

A couple more;

Dogs are better pets than cats (coming from someone who's living with dog and three cats at the moment).

Scarlet Johansson's hot, but not that hot.

Agreed. To be honest, I don't like the way cats eye me up in a slightly evil/menacing way. And people that let cats walk around on the kitchen sides (especially when they're preparing food) need a smack in the face and lectures on basic hygiene. Dogs are far, far superior.

Exactly!

Plus I'm alergic to cats and not dogs, so I guess that helps my case too

Well that's you off my Christmas card list then

I do love the first two, fourth and fifth series of Larry David, but the third was up and down and as for the rest, the whole formula's just outstayed its welcome with me. Alan Partridge quit while he was ahead, at least in my books.

I'm going to kill you in your sleep, cashews are my favorite f*cking things ever, peanuts rule too. And walnuts suck.

I agree. Dogs are are way too high-maintenence for me. Cats are (a) pretty chill, (b) friendly without being up your ass all day like a dog and (c) hilarious.

No wayyy! Dogs FTW. I've had both cats and dogs, and the dogs were by far the better pets. More loving, loyal, playful, better company, easier to train... I've only ever had little dogs though, I could never have a big dog. Mainly because they do massive shits, eat massive amounts of food, and need daily exercise.

I used to have a dachshund and even those are a handful. Dogs are way too dependent on you, they want your attention way too often which gets really annoying, they get in your way all the time and they require way more maintenence overall, and they're a lot more gross than cats even if cats can be gross too.

Cats are just chill and laid back, my cats are very loving but they give me my space.

Yeah, I guess. I think I like my pets to be attention seekers. Maybe it's just the breeds of dogs I've had but they've always been low maintenance and clean. Not gross at all. In fact the cats I've had were grosser than the dogs, their kitty litter always stank and their poo in the garden was impossible to find - until you stepped on it or found it while you were gardening. But don't get me wrong, I love cats too. I just like dogs better
