I've never seen My Left Foot but Man On the Moon was total crap...definitely not the tribute to Andy Kaufman I was expecting. Besides, he's actually still alive somewhere.

Like Fred, I also enjoy history...I love period dramas. Ghandi, Lincoln, Glory, JFK...all that stuff. I've been obsessed with the early 20th century recently - Boardwalk Empire is my **** (yes, I know it's a show). Hell, I even like Titanic because it was so accurate as far as 1910's culture was concerned.

Inspired by the convo I was having with Soulflower the other day.

Regular, non-model chicks are way hotter than celebrities/models. Maybe it's just because I always see them dressed in all this funky **** and covered with makeup, but the women who look gorgeous without trying are way better looking. Celebs/models are more like a novelty than something I hold as the standard of beauty.

Many moms food shopping at my job that I would take over most celebrities any day.

You don't see many models that look a healthy size either. That has something to do with it.

model's i've seen are scary skinny. fuking scary. sad it is that society seemingly places 'modelesque' scrawny, bare-boned-edness over healthy and fit women. much of the alcohols i've had, but nothing i stand least is the contemptuous views of men that make a woman saddened by her body image, mostly likely to be beautiful to any truthfully keen eye.

Yes every time I go grocery shopping I see some seriously hot mothers that I wouldn't mind plowing.

I know you are drunk but your last sentence is exactly what you are doing. You are making naturally skinny women feel bad about their body image because you deem it scary looking or unhealthy as Christian put it.

Women can be naturally skinny and healthy at the same time.

It is all the rage nowadays to body shame skinny women. Even in Nicki's Anaconda song she's making fun of skinny women.

Do you reckon these top models are actually healthy though? Many of them are stick thin, I find it hard to believe they aren't under pressure to slim down, or that they eat a healthy diet.

There are definitely some that are under weight but I feel like they all just get bunched together. There are definitely some models that are just naturally skinny and eat perfectly fine diets.
