I've been drinking Hibiscus Tea as it's supposed to be a mild diuretic. It's also supposedly caffeine free. I also find it rather relaxing when I'm lying down for the evening. It might be an option for those trying to get off the caffeine.

Get off the caffeine and get on the ****ter.

My daughter attended a family friend's engagement party in Boston that I had to miss - and the mother of the bride-to-be (Indian/Hindu family) served chai tea at the event which my daughter said was the best she ever had. The mother kindly sent me a box along with a recipe for masala chai. Haven't been able to make the recipe as yet, but tried the tea on its own and it's really very good. https://www.zifiti.com/images/itemIm...96_2142241.jpg |

It must be some other stuff besides caffeine that makes coffee the poison it is cause I can have lots of really strong EG tea and feel fine. Like caffeine alone is not the whole story |
^ Are those powdered Ito En green teas, Mindy? I drink their bottled cold version regularly.

I thought the design on the packet looked similar to the bottle. My aunt who lives in Japan recommended Ito En to me, and now I'm hooked. Enjoy and stay hydrated! :wavey: |

Your thought about buying the bottles made me chuckle - because I do something like that, but with Fiji water bottles. We have a water filter on the faucet and I keep putting the water in the Fiji bottles because I like the hibiscus flower design and the shape of the bottle, lol. |

I have a rock I found in the driveway that keeps away cancer. How much you willing to pay?
