I talk shit about customers when I know they're within range of hearing me.

I can't be mad at customers unless they're complete dicks.

I often tell them to their faces what I think of them. Ahh the joys of not needing "off the street" customers

When people are obviously shoplifting in my fitting rooms I pull one of my coworkers aside and talk loudly about "dishonest behavior" and "security's watching some idiot stealing stuff, and they say they're over here" and other scare tactics.

There's a couple of ladies who I've nicknamed Thelma & Laqueesha, and this one tweaker chick who dresses like she's 19 but her face is so ravaged by drugs that she looks 49. They know I'm watching; they know that I've turned the whole team into stalkers to freak them out. I have no mercy.

I usually make snarky little comments that can only lightly be misconstrued as rude when taken out of context. Never gets me in any hot water, but gets the point across that I'm having none of their shit today.

Hey you two, the customer is always right. I expect a smile when I'm spendin' me crust. Indeed I demand a smile.

If a customer is masturbating while fitting his/her clothes, there's nothing wrong with that.

Sometimes they do. Seriously, though, if you're jacking it in a thrift store fitting room, you should probably re-evaluate your reasons for breathing.
