I have a confession to make... I think I'm the only person on Music Banter that neither takes drugs nor drinks alchohol. I also don't smoke. All of that just seems like it'd just be such a waste of money in my case, since i'm pretty happy as I am, and it would burn up all of the extra cash that goes into my "Weird Horror Comedy Movies and Incredibly Odd Music" fund.

That doesn't matter, to each their own. It would be just as obnoxious for me to give you **** about not doing drugs as it would be for you to give me **** about doing drugs.

Now can I hit this blunt or should I go outside?

Good on you. All three are a total waste of money right enough, never stops me though.

Maybe. But wouldn't you feel like an outsider if half of the posts on your forum of choice were about a subject that you have no way of making relations to? I mean, I absolutely love underground garage and psychedelic rock, but try talking to people about those genres without drugs popping up and taking over the conversation.

I dont see how it is a waste of money if you enjoy them and they dont impact your life negatively. Spending money on a meal out, canoe, vacation...same thing really. I like to get high and drunk sometimes, don;t ever consider it a waste because I am still a productive person.

Nah you're not the only one, I don't either. But to be fair I'd probably be a pothead if I had the means.

But that's a subject that you can have an opinion on, and talk about. Even if it's about music that you don't necessarily like or listen to, you can still talk about it. Every time a conversation turns to drugs, what can I possibly say that won't make me look like a 'holier than thou' jerk?
