Honestly, I find most nerdy, socially 'awkward' men to be rather attractive. Kinda like what Hermy said, I really admire having a passionate interest in something. Besides, shyness and awkwardness are very cute qualities to me anyway.

this but with women.

Also I usually gravitate towards the shy person in the room because I'm shy also but if I open up the conversation then I'm not as shy as the lonely girl sitting in the room by herself.

I am quite loud and friendly, I have pretty good real life confidence and communicate skills. On the other hand, I'm not usually the one to approach a guy its the other way around. I like a guy to be passionate about music and share some of my nerdy interests. Humour to me is more important than a perfect body in my opinion.

I'm going in, in the next few hours, to commit myself to a psych ward. I have told no one, save the therapist, but yes. Being ostensibly schizophrenic with no real excuse or denial has finally brought me to this.

Please remember the fine line between letting them choose what's best for you, and choosing for yourself. You might never get better, but you can learn how to manage, and I hope they'll help you get to that point.
