What I wanna know is who decided "I'm gonna make an animated GIF of a kid getting a McNugget from an outsized Pez dispenser, it'll be fecking uproarious"

Google tells me it's a clip from The Andy Milonakis Show, which was a sketch comedy show on MTV several years ago. Full episode is here.

Oh that's Andy milonakis, don't you guys know him? he had a show on mtv for awhile, he's very random but he's funny.
