Just a reminder that the deadline for filling in your nominations is 21st December. The voting round will commence on the 22nd.

Why do we need to vote, why not just count the nominations. It's been like that every other year.

If I've voted for someone I think should win I'm not likely to want to change it to someone else just because they're popular with others.

I don't get it.

Its when people are too easily swayed by the nominations of others or change their vote in the final round that it becomes unfair but personally I dont see why anybody would do either of those things.
