nvm here's another quirk of mine:-

when I'm having an anxiety attack, I check my wrist and carotid artery (upper neck) pulse to see if I'm going into cardiac arrest

Something I became conscious of today: whenever I'm standing in one spot somewhere I put my right foot perpendicular to my left foot (which is pointing straight) and rest my right heel on the top of my left foot. Strangely, that's the most comfortable position. Must look weird though, like I'm about to start an Irish step dance or something.
