I have an inability to lie in order to spare someone's feelings. I always think that the truth is more important than a slightly bruised ego but time and time again that just isn't the case. Really bites me in the arse every time but I can't help but tell the truth and every time I am resolved to lie next time.

lol I know the feeling.

People going around saying oh I only like people that are honest blah blah blah but then when someone says something honest to them that they don't want to hear because they can't handle the truth then it's a different situation/scenario.

i guess it's culture specific. westerners are known for being straight forward and brutally honest.

here in the Philippines, you can expect that almost all people here like to sugar-coat things.

for instance, a fat ugly bitch asked you if she looks ok, and a Filipino will respond by saying "of course you are".
i admit, i'm sometimes like that.

Wink My own strange quirks:

My entire body has to be covered while sleeping, the sheet has to be up to my ears. If any part of me is exposed I won't be able to sleep.
I have bad vision and even if I am wearing my glasses I often experience having 'double vision' so when I'm reading, or on the computer I often have one eye closed for my own comfort.
I work at a library and every section of books I pass I touch, for no apparent reason.
Listening to music at home makes me bored, but if I'm listening to music on the bus to school, I am at my most happiest and comfortable state.
I have to drink a cup of water before I go to bed, if I don't I can't sleep.
I can't just fall asleep straight away, I need to play scenarios or have a little conversation with my self in my head or else I'll be lying there all night.
When I eat an apple my bites have to be next to each other, lined up in order of when I bit. I can't just bite into it randomly.
My glasses can't just sit lightly on my nose, otherwise it starts itching, they have to be sitting firmly and in a stable position.
If I have my hair done up in a side ponytail, it has to be on my right.
I am always cracking my neck.
I have to have one of my hands resting on the side of my face when I sleep on my side.
When I'm watching the TV I mentally make shapes using the corners of the screen, like triangles and crap.
If I'm really uncomfortable or are feeling really self-concious I get a slight twitch in the back of my neck.

I have so much more quirks, which is the result from me having fricken' OCD. But, that's all I can be bothered with right now.

When I get really into listening to music I like to grab my Ipod and walk back and forth around the house, like I have to move and if I don't it won't feel the same. I also like to walk around at night and listen to music, it just feels right to move around and listen to music.
