Also, the "three dots" are called an ellipsis.

Just to give you more questions: Freebase was only describing how it's used in casual, message board style writing. That's not really the grammatically correct way of using it.

I don't think three dots are ever gramatically correct, are they?

When I go to sleep, I still clutch my sheets close to me (a carryover from holding a binkey or stuffed animal is my guess) and I like to have it touching my lips. No idea why.

I get bothered when people slurp up liquids like soup and cereal from a spoon. I can do it quietly, why can't they? Oh, and on the subject of those two, when people drink from the bowl directly when there's not enough left for the spoon. I know it's so that food isn't wasted, but I find it disgusting.

Yes. Like I mentioned above, it's a punctuation mark called an ellipsis. The proper usage is to indicate when something is being left out of a quote. It's also used in the ways that Freebase described when writing dialogue.

You guys have had the same money for like a zillion years :p:

Ellipses are grammatically correct when used properly. I can't think of any examples at the moment, but their use is taught in schools here.

Well, they keep making dumb changes like making the presidents' head bigger and whatnot (insert joke about presidential egos here) but they never seem to get around to making the bills, you know, attractive. And it would be great to have different colors for different denominations like a lot of other countries do.

When I wake up in the morning, as I walk( I accidently typed wank by accident xD ) through each room I turn off all the lights because my eyes are adjusting. When I get into the kitchen and people are eating breakfast I turn off the light and sit down to have breakfast. Lol.
