Nope, I haven't noticed any PMS like symptoms at all. I asked my doctor about it and she said it was totally okay to do. I used to be anemic (I'm a vegetarian) and now I'm pretty stable now that I skip, my iron stays pretty together.

Yeah the only good thing about birth control is that if you're anemic (me too!) your iron stays well put. But I was on birth control for 6 years and it just fucked up my body and made me feel shit 100% of time.

it just delays one of my exes' period and she's usually bad-tempered whilst on it also
