Well, it's not that I followed the lives of celebrities but I guess I did watch a lot of television in the 80s and 90s. She and Bobby Brown (who was a member of Boys II Men, an enormously popular R&B group from the late 80s) got together and became notorious for their drug use and subsequent legal troubles.
