Castro fought endlessly to create a society free of the stratum of our particular capitalist power structure. At every turn he had the giant capitalist USA monster breathing down his throat. We'll never know what Cuba could have become in the 20th C thanks to horrible and endlessly cruel policies of American administrations one after the other.

So much this! I would be down in Miami partying up and celebrating his death with other Cubans as well.
