Although the character of James Bond became increasingly old-fashioned over the years, I would still say Sean Connery did it best, with a dash of style only equalled by that other guy, who did the Casino Royal movie a few years back. Connery was also good in The Untouchables, I thought.
In Britain, the newspapers are taking a pretty respectful tone over his death, but they can also never resist a pun. A couple of papers have the headline, License to Thrill, while one paper hits a journalistic low-point with the line: Oh Oh Heaven. |
Me to a co-worker: I guess he only lived once.

HaHa! With observations like that, you could so easily get a job on a British newspaper.

RIP Ken Hensley

Yea. I watch that every day. Massive loss.

I guess you could say he's no longer in jeopardy.

I remember the Art Fleming era, but Trebeks stoicism really solidified the shows longevity. I have the last few episodes recorded, so I'll have to watch them all with a box of tissues now. RIP Al.
It's a dam shame this came out before Al's time on the show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvUZijEuNDQ |
