only did half of the last end of my workout yesterday :/ just didnt want to get back on the floor for situps.. sh it hurts my lower back a lot

then i got help from the universe .....

i whipped the push up bars back out and did some push ups last night but still not much. push ups work out more muscles too i think so, it'll work out the core still a little and also my arms. i just think my kettle bell rep numbers will decrease for a bit since im adding more arm workouts

Morning routine lately:
  • stretch
  • 75 jumping jacks
  • 25 squats
  • 30 push-ups

With the mostly water-only fluid intake, consistently eating oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast, and cutting back on meats a bit I'm feeling pretty good these days. I did some muscle mass workouts over the course of 5 months last winter and the gains from that are still lingering. Muscle has memory though, so getting back into that routine this fall should put me back to close to where I left off. I had to steer clear of destroying muscle memory build-up for disc golf for the summer season. It's next to impossible to be consistent in form when your muscle mass is constantly changing.

It's not ONLY water, just more of it and less of the things with sugar and caffeine.

ima really hit peak fitness level around the end of this month probably on my vacation in iowa. i plan to run around a famous park they have their thats just about a mile each lap. that park is a great park. ill also be eating a little more, so more cardio to burn them extra calories will be needed during the day while there. thinking of just buying a cheap used pair of running shoes at walmart or goodwill for the week there. cant send mine in the mail because i need them here.

im still working out on my sore/weak days, just i cant do as many reps.
but the push ups will be another story, that first day i ripped them the **** up...

buying a pull up bar in September and a lower pound kettlebell (like 15 pounds) then a higher one than i have now (like a 35 pound one). so uppin to 35lb on the kettle bell workout routine will be nice

If we're ever out hiking and we see a bear I'm going to have to punch you in the jaw to make sure you can't outrun me.
