It has been amazing because getting enough protein in makes for less sore days. The protein makes the muscles go into recovery mode and sets up for the next day to either do hard with max sets or if Im still sore, I can still do pull ups because Im not completely sore because of the protein.

Back when I was on my 100 push ups a day, I would get sore to the point where I couldnt do one more push up. Simply put, the back and biceps are way stronger than just chest muscles.

I was always scared of the protein being too much calories for enough protein but with this brand is not that at all. Plus if you can craving something at night, chocolate water isnt that bad...

I'd just get one of my testicles removed.

Ya, baby steps at first big guy. We have a nice stocked gym here so I just need to get off my ass. Also, with my neuropathy there's only so much I can do with my feet.

Kobe was 38 or 39 when he retired. Perhaps the most competitive NBA player ever but like Charles Barkley says “Father Time is undefeated.”
