You just have to hold those poses. I swear to you now, after like 1 minute, your abs and obliques will feel like they are on fire! Do them for 3 sets of 1-2 minutes at a time.

I have lost a good bit of weight I'm not sure how much because I don't weigh myself but I've dropped a dress size. I'd say I've lost around a stone, maybe more, maybe less. The weight loss feels excellent.

Yes, I resurrected this thread.

Nice work! Its better most times anyway to focus on body composition rather than what the scales say anyway.

I'm doing alot of weight training stuff so it really makes no sense to for me to weigh myself when I'll probably fluctuate between gaining and losing. I do measure myself though, I think that's more important.

Just the machines the gym provides me with I don't use dumbbells but I should probably start, I hate them.

I can tell you from personal experience that the best way to lose weight is to do a combination of activities. Gym work/Weights/Running/Cycling/Swimming/ Racket Sports etc. Basically any two or three of the above is great for fat burning and normally if you do them properly, you can still more or less continue eating what you want in moderation
