Stupid things you've done to attract the opposite sex

I've written songs about girls, nobody knows which girls, thank god. I'd like a girl to write a song about me. Fuck chivalry, it would be the most adorable thing ever, and I would love her for the rest of time.

There used to be this guy I was keen on who lived down the street, he was in a **** band which I thought was the greatest at the time. Me and some girlfriends would follow them around like groupies making silly signs for them and wearing their merch hoping it would help them win band comps (it never did lol). Turns out one by one each friend of mine got with someone in the band which left me and this guy I liked. I broke up with a bf at the time and he was there to cheer me up. I used to go round to his house and get him to play me songs on his electric and we would only talk about music nothing else. We never did it (but I somehow managed to persuade him down to the pool for a special swim in the dark) I never heard from him ever again after that. Don't understand, thought guys liked that kind of thing.

i have written songs about girls. Sometimes it is obvious who it's about, which can be cool. Other times I would feel extremely uncomfortable divulging that info.

Now I am sure to not make it too obvious and i think that is what works best. Easier to rhyme that way too. lol
