Can anybody say anything about a thread without the "YOU CAME INTO IT YOU CAN LEAVE" argument being thrown at them? It's a silly thread that I don't feel needs to be closed because it doesn't break any rules but one that I personally find unnecessary. I came into the thread (<--- Lol.) to reply to the post about Bin Laden and the post about pornography when in a relationship, so it's not like I even came into the thread (<--- Lol.) just to say it's dumb. Which I would have anyway because I'm allowed to have a mother****ing opinion.

Yeah, I can tell that you watch NO porn at all.
Oh. Shame on me.

You don't even understand the purpose of it as a visual aid. Some guys might think that way about the whole if I could have sex with these women I would but others use the imagery of the naked women to help them release, sometimes this release is to relax.
That's why a lot of couples make tapes of themselves I'm assuming.

Isn't part of being in a committed relationship with somebody saying "f*** that, you're the only one I want to be with"? That's how it is with me and how it is with many, many married people (and yes, believe it or not there are at least some marriages between responsible people that actually last).

Are We Wired For Monogamy? | Nerve.com

Monogamy is unnatural. Moral obligations aside, its just your body. Fighting it is just torturing yourself. I get that not every time two people get married, one of them is just going to be totally cool with the other one going out and fucking whoever when they don't feel like it but not even letting yourself watch porn is a bit much.

The whole thing is, "natural" or not, monogamy is sought by people today because they want a life partner, someone who won't betray them, someone who they can put full trust and faith in. Sex is part of this. Monogamous people trust that their partners won't go around banging anything that walks. That's because all of the love and passion and romanticism and lust of one partner are entrusted to the other, forming a bond and yoking the two together in a beautiful display of human compassion. They belong to each other, and set aside their lust for others so as to demonstrate their love for one another. It's all in the spirit of self-sacrifice and it strengthens the trust between the two that they'll never love another.

By not watching porn when you're in a relationship with somebody, it demonstrates that you can control your biological lust for others and focus on the person who you love.

I'm not promoting this view over yours or saying that this is a better way to live, it's just the reason I personally don't watch porn when I'm committed to somebody (I even don't watch it to begin with) and why I'm assuming some women feel the same way.

Whatever, I'm just a romantic who believes in stupid things.

For what its worth... I agree with everything that you just said. Its just a shame that more people dont feel that way about relationships anymore honestly.

I want you to be my boyfriend. <3

Guys don't need porn when they are with me, I more than satisfy them. I only ask for pleasure and respect in return.
