I've never blown up like that before. I don't get angry without a good reason.

In my life, my friends have shit to do, and I have shit to do. It's mutual. I guess, because this is true, that the opposite of it must be also.

I can't stand texting. It's boring as hell. My thumbs can never be bothered and it annoys my friends that I don't text back enough.

I change my mind from before. It's definitely "lol". It means whatever you said wasn't funny (or else you'd get a hahaha+ (only 2 ha's doesn't cut it either)), plus it effectively ends the conversation meaning they don't want to talk to you.

I have had that. If you feel that awkward texting I can only imagine the feeling in a real conversation. I guess those are the people that break out laughing like a crazy person.

That reminds me of saying "LOL" after your own joke. Could you imagine that happening in real life?

I do. I think im funny as ****. Why else would I tell a joke if I didnt think it was funny.

someonecompletelyrandom 06-07-2011 07:12 PM

I'm not talking about "Knock knock who's there?" I'm talking about snark, witty comments, original material, etc. If you don't laugh when doing those things, it enhances them about 10,000 times.

i envy guys who are able to tell jokes.
when i'm with my friends, i'm always the listener rather than the talker.
the one who laughs rather than the one who makes people laugh.

most of the times i say something serious and people tend to laugh cause they said i made a funny comment yet, i don't get it cause i was not joking.
and oftentimes i intentionally tell a joke, and everyone gives me that confused look. it's not annoying but its kind of mysterious cause i'm really laughing my ass off already while all of them are just like lost.

well, different strokes for different folks i guess.
