Everything I Do Is Wrong

has anyone seen this site? it's hilarious!

Everything I Do Is Wrong | Are You A Man Living With PMS?

It deals with how men should deal with their partners that are going through pms and how to navigate those patchy waters.

I love it tbh.

my favorite apology is

I apologize for letting you misinterpret what I was saying.

It's actually a campaign for "Got Milk" but I think it's great regardless

Queen Boo 07-18-2011 06:04 PM

Hi, my name is DJChameleon.

I really, really, really like to make fun of women.

No I do not have a girlfriend.

yes because educating women about the benefits of milk is making fun of them right :finger:

Paedantic Basterd 07-18-2011 06:39 PM

Ha! Would you look at that. The title's right and everything.

[MERIT] 07-18-2011 06:40 PM

I heard that scientists did some genetic manipulation to cows in in China to make them produce human breast milk, which they eventually plan to sell in supermarkets for it's nutritional value.

/thread

Dirty 07-18-2011 07:43 PM

DJ creates a thread about something not worth creating a thread about because he knows women will in some way be mad at him, then he can pass it off as a joke and play the role of victim and tell all the girls to take it easy, which in turn will only make them more angry and will eventually lead to extreme passive aggressiveness from everyone.

The site is pretty well done though and pretty funny, it made me lol.

Scarlett O'Hara 07-18-2011 07:49 PM

To be honest I'm rather sick of DJ being so sexist. He must have some serious issues with women (or himself) to treat them as though they are stupid, superficial and disposable.

To be honest, i don't think these are the least common trait in heterosexual males.

Queen Boo 07-18-2011 10:22 PM

Plenty of men treat women as though they are stupid, superficial, and disposable.

These men don't get any pussy at all.

Sparky 07-18-2011 10:26 PM

unless they're good looking.

and i dont care if you disagree with that because its already been true forever

ThePhanastasio 07-18-2011 10:26 PM

TBH, I don't quite get the DJ hate coming into this thread. First of all, the site (intended purpose of this thread) was funny.

Secondly, I seriously get where Andrei's coming from. I have predominately male friends, and understandably, men can be *******s. However, women can be just as big of *******s.

So, basically, just think about the fact that women can go on anti-male rants at just about any time, and it seems predominately politically correct. Whereas a man becomes disillusioned with the female perspective and he becomes a douche.

Great double standard, by the way.

Queen Boo 07-18-2011 10:31 PM

I'm not gonna argue with you bro, that's true and for that matter, some people put up with boyfriends/fuckbuddies that treat them like shit but I don't think somebody who's ignorant and sadistic is every going to be truly happy.
I'd hope that most women (and most people in general, actually) would rather have sex with someone who at least didn't treat her like shit than someone who treated her like she was stupid, superficial, and disposable.

Scarlett O'Hara 07-18-2011 10:32 PM

I don't rant about men? So there's no double standards on my watch.

It's not just in reference to this thread, its in reference to many comments DJ's made about women and other things of his I've read which have blown me away.

You have a point too and that's another form of sexism. If I have a problem with somebody, I like to address them rather than their gender as a whole. If I said "God, my boyfriend is such a lazy dumbass, always drinking beer and leaving the toilet seat up." then I would just be talking shit about my boyfriend but if I said something like "God, all men are pigs, all they do is drink beer and leave the toilet seat up." then that would be a statement with sexist undertones. This is the problem that I have with what Andrei said. Andrei is a chill dude but I've noticed that he really likes to call out certain behaviors that "females" display that he finds unsavory. "Females" are half of the population of the human race and if every single one of them displays a certain characteristic besides vaginas (which vary greatly), then I will eat my left tit. Andrei likes to stereotype and dehumanize women based on their gender and he partakes in this kind of humor quite a bit, which annoys me. I didn't browse the site very thoroughly and I'm sure it's not that bad but Andrei's attitude is very clear and that is the main cause for the outrage.

djchameleon 07-18-2011 10:57 PM

Majority of the statements that I do make , I try to include the words "most" "majority" and "few" because I don't really believe in making sweeping generalizations.

I know that all women aren't the same. There are just certain things that bug me from time to time that I talk about.

Sparky 07-18-2011 11:02 PM

i wish more women acted exactly how i envisioned them in my mind

Yes but saying 'female' gives the sexist undertone whether you say majority, few or not.

If a statement that I say doesn't apply to you then why get personally offended by it?

Nosferatu Man 07-18-2011 11:11 PM

Maybe from now on we should just read the word females as 'some but not all women may on occasion and from time time .....(insert slur)'

It doesn't have to apply to me to be offensive.

ThePhanastasio 07-18-2011 11:13 PM

Yes but the statement, "Men are pigs," is horribly prevalent in the majority of womens' vocabularies, and yet is not frowned upon.

So basically, it's just a horrible, stupid, ****ing double standard. Even if you're not wholly privy to it, it's there, it exists, and whatever.

Nosferatu Man 07-18-2011 11:14 PM

Steve'll explain.

I wish glitter would come out of my ass every time I farted. I wish I could eat ice cream any time I wanted to. I wish I could have any albums I wanted without having to wait for them to download. I wish high school parties were more like the parties on Skins. I wish Bob Sagot lived next door to me. I wish my job wasn't so boring. I wish I could drive. I wish my spit could magically heal things. I wish my grandma wouldn't call me a whore every time I wear eyeliner around her. Life ain't perfect sparky.

Sparky 07-18-2011 11:15 PM

it was a joke sheesh.

I'm appalled at either gender putting down the other. Females can't get off from being sexist either. It's like judging someone based on their race or the country they're from. Gender comments from DJ are no different.

I understand but in fairness a little bit of putting down never hurt anybody and there are definitely other things peoples time and energies would be better invested in than ensuring quasi sexist comments are quashed.

I'm sure I come across sexism in my daily life, I just wouldn't get all het up about it. I just don't think it is such a travesty that should warrant such general clamour.

Dirty 07-18-2011 11:27 PM

Girl power!

Nah, I get it.

DJ is half-trollin you guys. Does anyone here actually think he thought he was gonna create this thread and a sexism battle wasn't going to break out?

Let the battle continue, I will add my much needed and valued commentary as it goes along.

Well from what I read of your posts here you seem well educated, well read and generally have a rounded opinion on most things. You are humourous, intelligent and entertaining.

I just don't see why a woman/lady/girl (your choice!) would take offense to a lot of these petty slurs when they just don't (again to me) seem to warrant such thought. I would consider them best ignored.

I felt your reply was ever so slightly dismissive so I felt I would try offer a proper explanation of my point.

Yeah for real. I don't give a **** when people talk about lesbians, or Middle-Eastern people, and I'm totally lesbian and my heritage is middle-eastern (in addition to some greek, irish and welsh)

But seriously.

They're just words. Chill the eff out. Honestly, as a lesbian, I'm mostly pissed off about women because they should make sense to me, but don't.

My best friends and I have a mantra which is simply, "Fuck bitches," and I've no qualms about it.

Thank you.

I dismissed you because you've come in here not understanding my point. I am referring to current and past behaviour of DJ which I have found repulsive. I have been directly related to it and cannot avoid being offended by it. You don't have the background story so you wont understand what I'm talking about but DJ does and so do some others.

Trust me, I laugh at my gender as much as the next person, but there's a difference between joking around and someone taking it far too seriously.
