why...i just don't think people who haven't tried marijuana have any real insight into what kind of "drug" it is...and therefore can't say whether or not it should be legalized...

I think they can... As long as they understand all the facts and effects and such, they should be able to. Having a personal experience just helps in this matter, but anyone can have an opinion on whether it should be legalized or not.. People have views on abortion, dont they? They dont have to have had an abortion to talk about it... Bad example, I know, but Im tired and this was the first thing I thought of. But you get my meaning

well we've handled the whole interpol joy division issue...i don't see what else could infuriate you so much...especially about marijuana since i obviously have more insight into the subject matter then you, i don't mean to come out saying i think i'm cooler then you because i do smoke marijuana and you don't but how can you say i'm full of shi*t on this matter? anyone who smokes marijuana thinks i'm right and it doesn't cause addiction, it's less harmful to your health then smoking cigarettes and legalizing it ( like they did in Holland ) would actually be beneficial ( in a sense that police would spend more time on catching the real drug dealers, and the government would spend less money on it )...

^Often times, "real" drug dealers have an insight into or also engage in selling more profitable drugs. Frankly, the police are wasting their time if they are going after low-level distributors who are just selling a few bags/day to their friends.

Marijuana, like most other things, can be addictive, just like drinking coffee, eating gummy worms, or chewing gum. It is different from cigarettes, because there are no additives and a minimal number of chemicals. However, marijuana contains more carcinogens than tobacco.
